Trustee Terri Williams, NEISD District 2 Experienced - Engaged - Informed
NEISD Board Member, Terri Williams, is a 30-year economic development professional, long-time community leader, and life-long San Antonio resident. Elected to the Board of Trustees in 2018, she represents District 2 and has lived in NEISD for more than thirty years. She holds a degree in political science from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an Economic Development Certification from the International Economic Development Council. She has a passion for service and served on the Bond Steering Committee, the North East Educational Foundation Board of Directors, and the NEISD Citizen's Bond Advisory Committee.
Trustee Williams is the Associate Regional Director of the South West Texas Border Network at UTSA and provides direction, management, and oversight of several programs including the Center for Government Contracting, the Texas Cybersecurity Compliance Program, Employer Services, Emergency Preparedness, and the SBDC COVID19 Business Recovery Accelerator. She is married and has two sons who are alumni of Theodore Roosevelt High School, Prairie View A&M University, and Texas Southern University. She is a member of Mount Zion First Baptist Church.
